G. D. Goenka Global School, Hisar ensures that no child is left behind in learning academic and life skills. To achieve this goal, we the Goenkans, give the learning environment to the children with focus on their mainstream. Students learn best when they actively participate in the lesson or that they feel valued when teachers encourage them to share their knowledge with their peers.
With the true Goenkan spirit, we respect different abilities of children and accept them as they are, and preserve their respective identities. As educators we accept diversity in our classrooms. We never judge them or compare them with others.
The team of Goenkan professionals follow the progress of each child in every aspect of school learning. We identify children with different learning abilities and on this basis we bring in the varied methodologies for overcoming the lapse of concept clarity followed by disinterest towards the subject. The child with learning disability is evaluated, and immediate remedial services are initiated at the resource room with the help of special educators and counselors who simplify/modify the content. We provide remedial intervention on one to one basis or in small group sessions.
In short we make an attempt to develop each child’s ability to be self-sufficient and productive member of the society. In this way, Goenkans are achieving the goals of quality education.
