About Institution

Smt.Savithri College of education is run by well known educationist Prof.B.Sivaramakrishnan. The institution is run by Sri Sankara Educational & Charitable Trust, Trichy. It is approved by NCTE and affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

The College is located on NH 45 at Sannasipatti near Chathirapatti and at a distance of about 11 Kms from Tiruchirappalli, a city well known for its education industrial development and connecctivity to all parts of the state. The college is constructed in a rural area with a quiet and pollution free campus.

Well equipped laboratories for physical Science, Biological Science, Computer Science, Language and Psychology are available.
