Former chief minister of Uttarakhand Mr. Narayan Dutt Tiwari and former M.P founder Late Sh. Satyendra Chandra Guriaji realized the efficiency of education in the life of women. They initiated efforts to establish an exclusive girls college in the field of higher education. It was the dream of honourable Guriaji to make the women self-reliant so that they could contribute for the development and growth of society. Their collaborated efforts to elevate the status of women in society materialized in the form of C.T. Girls P.G. College.
