About Institution

Global Institue of Management & Technology (GIMT) has been established by the trust, National Centre for Development of Technical Education for aspiring students to equip them with necessary qualities of head and heart to face the Global Challenges of their tomorrows successfully.It was established in the year 2009 with the objective of creating highly trained professional manpower in various disciplines of Engineering keeping in view the rapid industrial development in India and the looming context of Globalization and Competitive markets.The Institute is governed by a Board of Governors consisting of eminent personalities, industry stalwarts and educationists.The Institute has created and is creating an impressive infrastructure and is constantly developing and nurturing industry linkages and association with professional bodies.The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India & Department of Higher Education, Govt.of West Bengal and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT)
