"Under the aegis of Agarwal Education and Development Society, whichh as been successfully managing Agarwal Public School, a new project was initiated in the form of Agarwal Academy (a residential-cum-day school) in 2008. The Academy is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi. This idea and inspiration to provide such educational facility for the people of Vidisha district came from Late Mrs. Tara Devi Agarwal, to whom we dedicate this humble effort of ours. Her dream was to give such education that will provide all the children opportunity for all round development in a democratic atmosphere so that the long neglected ancient Indian culture and social values can be revived. We are deeply indebted to her that her vision and her revolutionary thoughts gave us inspiration to start Agarwal Academy."
Agarwal Academy is committed to provide quality education to the children of Vidisha. This initiative will bring to an end the migration of students from this area in search of good schools. We also aim to make such quality education possible for all the aspirants at the most affordable fee structure in comparison to the widely known public schools. We wish to educate our children to the concept of modern science and technology on one hand, and on the other hand we wish to be assured that they should remain aware of their ancient heritage and changing social values. The present has reached a stage where fundamental questions regarding human values have assumed paramount importance. We are committed to provide a system of education that can unfold human potentialities and channelize them towards essential qualities and attitudes for a useful and fruitful existence in the modern world. We would like to avoid imparting job oriented education
