About Institution

The Allum Karibasappa Institute of Management, Bellary, the prestigious institution of V.V.Sangha came into being in 1998 with a view to respond to the dynamics of business through its educational forum. Indian economy’s response to Globalization in the form of liberalization has opened new vistas and portals to the students with quality management skills. Veerasaiva Vidyavardhaka Sangha has taken up this opportunity by establishing a Management Institute in Bellary, which is the result of collective vision, expertise and experience of the elite and the intellectual academicians of Bellary.
The college management comprises of highly educated professional and visionaries on its board. Allum Karibasappa Institute of Management (AKIM) offers an outstanding highly professional two-years ( four semesters) M.B.A. Programme recognized by A.I.C.T.E. (All India Council for Technical Education), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi, Govt. of Karnataka and affiliated to Vijayanagar Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary (earlier it was affiliated to Gulbarga University, Gulbarga).
