Importance of Water in Humanbody

One of the necessary needs in our daily life is water. In our human body, the brain, blood and muscles comprises of 85, 80 and 70 percent of water. Human body must consumes 2 to 2.5 litres of water per day. Any living things cannot able to sustain without water. Water is also described as universal solvent, it forms the foundation of different biological activities. Most of the ailments, water is the best source to cure. It is used for proper digestion, nutrient absorption and chemical reactions. The intake of carbohydrates and proteins are metabolized and transported by water into blood stream. The oxygen level in the blood stream increases when the body is hydrated well. It also provides sufficient energy to work. The sufficient intake of water leads to burn fat in the body. 


Water helps to remove toxins especially in the digestive tract. It provides for effective lubrication. It suppresses the appetite and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Insufficient water in the body leads to Chronic Cellular Dehydration, headaches, fatigue, joint pain, short-term memory, trouble with basic math, difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page, pH imbalances and weakens immune system. 


When the amount of dehydration level increases, it leads to thirst, hunger, dryness of mouth, muscular cramps, feeling of nausea and exhaustion. Regular intake of water helps to protects heart, improves brain to perform at a optimum level, regulates body temperature and increase metabolic rate.
