About Institution

The Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College of Engineering (AMACE) is sponsored and managed by Meenakshi Ammal Trust, Chennai. The members of the trust are eminent personalities in various walks of life such as education and administration.The trust had dedicated itself to the cause of education to the socially and economically backward communities. "Quality in Education" is our motto and no effort will be spared to achieve this aim. Also we ensure that our students go beyond their class rooms for an all round personality development.

Our aim is to provide rewarding and fulfilling experience, which naturally enhances their knowledge base and develop their talent and skills. To achieve our goals, we established AMACE in 1985 by an order of Govt. of Tamil Nadu as a Telugu Linguistic Minority Engineering College, approved by AICTE & Affiliated to world-renowned University of Madras and now it has affiliated with Anna University-Chennai, Chennai & South India.
