Asom Sikshak Prasikshan Mahabidyalaya is one of the premier institution of teachers’ education of Guwahati, Assam (India). Established in the year 1992, it has strived to impart quality teachers’ education in the region. The college is situated at Lankeswar, Jalukbari on the south-western part of Guwahati – the gateway of the NE region. The college is situated in close proximity to the Gauhati University campus. The college is well connected by road with the National Highway no 37 passing by it. The college is recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Gauhati University.
We envision to develop the college into a centre of excellence adding value to education with dedication to nurture the students with high moral values so that the future of our nation- i.e. our children lie on their capable hands.
