Kazimierz G?owniak (b. June 6 1941) - Polish professor of pharmaceutical sciences and  psychologist associated with the Medical University of Lublin.He received fellowships and training in Denmark and the Netherlands . He established scientific cooperation with institutions of similar profile in Austria , China , Graces , India , Canada , Malaysia , Mexico , Mongolia , USA , and Hungary . He presented the results of their research on 150 scientific conferences (mainly foreign). He was a co-organizer of the seventh national conference on science. "The use of chromatographic methods in phytochemical research and biomedical" and 4 international symposia on. "The Application of Chromatographic Methods in Phytochemical & Biomedical Analysis".

He is the founder of the Polish Society of phytochemical (he was its first chairman) and a member of several other scientific societies, Polish and foreign ( American Society of Pharmacognosy , Gesellschaft für Arzneipflanzenforschung , Phytochemical Society of North America , Phytochemical Society of Europe , the Indian Association for Cancer Research ).He received Gusi Peace Prize in 2014 for Academe and Scientific Research (Pharmacognosy).
