Reiko Kuroda (born October 7, 1947) is a Japanese chemist who is a professor at the Department of Life Sciences at University of Tokyo.She won L'Oréal-UNESCO Awards for Women in Science for discovering the functional importance of the difference between left handed and right handed molecules which has wide applications including research on neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's in 2013.
