Rajshree Pathy is an eminent entrepreneur from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. She is the chairperson and managing director of the Rajshree Group of Companies and founder of India Design Forum. The Rajshree group has varied interests, including food and agro business, energy, travel, health and hospitality and arts. Pathy also promotes performing arts and contemporary art movement in Coimbatore through the Contemplate Art Gallery and COCCA. She was born on 15 April 1957 in Coimbatore, India. Her father is a famous industrialist and politician, G. Varadaraj, based on Coimbatore. She is married to S. Pathy, Chairman and Managing director of Lakshmi Mills. Rajshree Pathy inherited her father's business, following his death in 1992 and looking after the business since then. She is best known for sugar and chemical business, though Rajshree group has entered diversified business ideas like food, arts, energy and Agro business.

She owns a vivacious personality and an inherent love of travel and for the people with whom she works with, more than a CEO she is a person with friendly nature. Multitasking too comes easily to her and she finds time for promotion of work related to contemporary art. She initiated the India Design Forum (IDF), the first one of this kind which brings design leaders from different sectors together. She is known to be a no-nonsense lady with a sensitive approach.
