BALAJI COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, Anantapur (BALA) was started in the academic year 2001 and has been imparting excellent technical education ever since. With the cream of the engineering talent encompassing both students and faculty coupled with state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, it is of little wonder that BALA today stands as one of the stalwarts of Pharma education in Andhra Pradesh. Our illustrious alumni, working at the forefront of technology the world over, stand proof to the excellence of our institution. An ever-evolving curriculum, nurtured through vital industry-institute interaction, keeps us up-to-date with the latest technology. Consequently the institute develops technologists of value, both practical and theoretical. To nurture excellence in various fields of engineering by imparting timeless core values to the learners and to mould the institution into a center of academic excellencPharmacitical research. The institution is ideally located in a vast expanse acres of land on the out skirts of Anantapur city at a distance of about 5 Kms from the city. The departmental buildings are located in close proximity of each other with wide open spaces all around. The playfields and other student and staff amenities are within working distances from the faculty blocks. The teaching staff, comprises well qualified professionals with varied experience and back-ground. The faculty members take interest in continuing education and are actively engaged in research work and publish their findings regularly in standard national and international journals. Some of the faculty members received awards for their publications. Equipment-wise staff-wise, this institution is outstanding as opined by various Inspection Committees including an Expert Committee of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
