BJM Carmel Academy aims at the integral development of the child into a "FULLY HUMAN AND FULLY ALIVE" person. Our moto is 'Sambhajamahi Divyani' which means "LET US SHARE EVERYTHING DYNAMICALLY DIVINE", was the motto of Bishop Januarius himself and it is the moving spirit of the Academy. Vidya (Knowledge) is divine and salvific in so far as it is for the integral development of the person and the human society as a whole. Vidyadan, the process of imparting knowledge, is always one of sharing. In the school it is a mutually enriching process between the teachers and the students. This sharing is not limited to the school alone, it goes beyond and encompasses fellow humans and the cosmos. Education brings out the best in him/her. School thus becomes the field where the student tries and errs and moves ahead so as to finally succed in life. The end result of the process of education therefore is a purified and polished personality for complete living.
