About Institution

Established on 05th February, 1970, Bokaro Steel College, Bokaro was the institution of higher learning ever set up in the economically and academically backward region of Bokaro Steel City . Bokaro,JHarkand.

With the establishment of Ranchi University in 1960 and Vinoba Bhave University (VBU) in 1992, the College subsequently formed the part of these Universities.
