B.P. Dixit College of Education, Chhatarpur was established in 2006. This is an affiliated College and offers under-graduate and in Education. The college is well equipped with all modern facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students of the college. The college is affiliated to Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya was established in 1946 by the life time savings of Dr. Harisingh Gour. The University is the 18th University of India as well as the oldest and the biggest university of Madhya Pradesh. The University has been awarded with an A Grade accreditation by NAAC and approved by UGC. The University is also known as University of Sagar.
