Justice, Liberty & Equality are the guiding principle of our Constitution and of all our laws, but this noble promises, have not been adequately realized, especially in the case of the poor and weaker sections of the society for administration of justice in our country still retains its colonial character. As a result only the affluent who can afford the long and legal process, are able to get legal protection often at the expense of the poor, hence, Social Justice, which is the distinctive characteristics of our Constitution has not become a meaningful reality for the masses until today. In order to change the present unjust socio-economic structure of the society, a dynamic and multidimensional legal aid programs must be framed to provide justice to the weaker section of the society. It will provide justice to the poor, initiate reforms in the legal and judicial system, raise the legal and political consciousness among the common people and give strength to the weaker sections in their organized struggle for justice.
Hence our vision is that, every student of Central India College of Law must play his/her vital role in making the Legal Aid Movement - a force that would bring about social justice and awareness among the weaker sections of the Society and help them to use law and legal procedures to assert as well as defend their rights.
The quest of Quality Education has had a tremendous inclination in the recent years. The young generation has started looking beyond the horizon and wants to explore the hidden opportunities that are waiting for them.
