Vaigai College of Engineering

A team of like-minded people, mostly women with a passion for serving the society through education, have established VET (Vaigai Educational Trust) for offering educational services to the rural population. The trust intends to establish, maintain, and run educational institutions mainly in Science & Technology for imparting quality education for the empowerment of rural people. The unique feature of the trust is the fact that it is guided by reputed and well-experienced engineering college professors. As the first venture, VET has established an engineering college named Vaigai College of Engineering in the village Therkutheru, near Madurai. VET is committed to ensure continuous development in order to make VCE, a well-recognized institute of Excellence, on par with globally renowned technical universities.
