About Institution

Dakhin Guwahati B.Ed. College was established in 1993 on 20th August in Fatasil Ambari, Guwahati-25 with permission from Guwahati University and NCTE, Bhubaneswar. The National Council for teacher Education (NCTE), Bhubaneswar has granted recognition to Dakhin Guwahati B.Ed. College from the session 2005-06 with intake of 100 students. Since then the college is running smoothly and properly.The site of the institution is like a hill resort in the midst of natural beauty. It looks like a garden with boundary walls and a beautiful gate. The natural scenery of the plantation is very beautiful. The virgin beauty of the hill area attracts the visitors from far and near.The college possesses 3 bighas of land.
