About Institution

Established in 1973 Dasmesh Public School enjoys the distinction of being the first ever CBSE affiliated English Medium Senior School of the district of Faridkot as well as being one of the first dozen such schools established in the State of Punjab. It also has the proud distinction of enjoying the 'permanent' affiliation status enjoyed not even by a dozen schools in India. Since its inception it has given to the nation hundreds of doctors, engineers, police/army officers, successful business entrepreneurs, one I.F.S. and three I.A.S. officers. In the areas of academics, sports and co-curricular activities it has always been a reckonable force at state and national levels. All these distinctions the school has been able to achieve due to the competitive culture it has nurtured over decades of dedicated work done by its well-knit team of meritorious educators. To add to such high quality human endeavor there exists perfectly work-congenial environment supported by exquisite infrastructure. A campus as vast as 46 acres well laid out with landscaped parks, mettled roads, grassy lawns, lush green woods, fountain plaza and dotted all over with well structured building blocks have a charm of their own. Add to these, dozens of fields that cater to sports-craze of sports enthusiasts of all disciplines. Special feature of sports complex is the standard well-turfed cricket field with well lighted net practice facility. To make such excellent services available to students of rural background, the Management has established boys' hostels which can boast of having been built to international specifications. The most note-worthy feature of the institution is the affordable it fee charges from the students. All the six institutions are being run under the umbrella of Sangat Sahib Bhai Pheru Sikh Educational Society Faridkot, established in 1955 and ably managed by a team of visionary trustees dedicatedly working under the leadership of S. Karnail Singh Doad, its President.
