DIET strives to be one of the leading engineering colleges. As an engineering college, it seeks to achieve the highest level of distinction in “transmission of knowledge and understanding” and in “education of graduate students”. DIET is established by the noted philanthropist and academician Dr. Uma Shankar Goel. It is established under the flagship of Uma Shankar Educational Trust & able guidance of a team of experienced academicians with the vision to provide serene learning environment for the students and faculty and make them capable of assuming leadership in the society for the betterment of the country.
