Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has launched a new mobile app 'DISHA ' to promote digital literacy in Bihar. The app is designed to spread digital literacy through self-learning modules and also to educate tribal and Dalit women.

The app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store.
