DU, Delhi University is planning to provide smart phones, hearing gear and wheelchairs to physically impaired students from this year so as to empower them.

Good thing done by the Equal Opportunity Cell of DU. Physically challenged students can take the benefits of various technologies now under the Assistance for Person with Disability (ADIP) scheme.
