The scheme will address educational and livelihood needs of minority communities in general and muslims in terms of educational attainments.
It give new direction and a new goal for the all dropped out students and those studying in Madrasas as they are not be getting formal Class XII and Class X Certificates making un employed in organised sector, provide trade basis skill training in Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, Soft skills and provide employment opportunity in organised sector.

Nai Manzil will bride the gap between the education and skill development for the students who do not have the school leaving certificates and enable them to get employment opportunities.
