Information technology platform Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) which was developed by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) is currently having 43 Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) available out of the developed MOOC(72) as per the statement of the University Grants Commission (UGC) secretary Jaspal Sandhu.
