Poor behaviour by school staff2 years ago
This has reference to an incident that I went through at your esteemed educational Institute that has left me pained and Insulted and find it extremely pertinent to write to you.
I wish to bring to your notice that my ward studying in Class 7D is punctual to school and comply with the timings of her school bus and not once she was delayed for the school bus or to school. Today the school bus arrived early and left without any notice, ahead of the agreed time of 7:40am at the bus stop.
On several occasions my ward had to wait for long duration at the bus stop exposed to unfavourable weather conditions without any information from the bus authorities. This bus very frequently goes through breakdown, and is delayed. Only on calling the bus authorities, we get to know that there is a technical issue with the bus and that we will need to continue our wait for the transport.
However, I had to drop my daughter at the school today and my plight doesn’t end there. The security of the school stops me at the gate, very arrogant showing pitiable mannerisms to the parent of the child studying in your school. He ordered to me that I have to fill in the almanac that my child was late, standing outside the gate and I will be allowed to enter the gate, only after. I said that I was accompanying the child to school and that I need to meet the school authorities. I shall put the note in the almanac from the school office. He disagreed and I was made to stand outside along with my daughter to fill up the almanac.
Today, I have met your staff at the principal’s office reception and have also voiced my dissent with the staff at the office counter.
I sincerely request you look into such behavioural aspects of your support staff that also has a pivotal role in building the image of a reputed educational Institute like yours.
