Profession of Dentistry is growing fast since last two decades. There have been advances in each of the specialities of dentistry. Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital, Pimpri, Pune, which is a constituent of Dr. D. Y. Patil University, has developed all the required facilities for the academic and clinical advances. All the nine specialties of dentistry are rendering services and postgraduate teaching to the students. The college is housed in a spacious, well planned building which accommodates all the departments, equipped with 'state-of-the-art' facilities. The well equipped laboratories and infrastructural facilities are inseparable parts of the excellent academic activities. Dr. D. Y.
