About Institution

Dr. Subhash Technical Campus is the latest Jewel added during 2010 to the string of 17 other educational and social institutions founded by Shri Pethaljibhai N,Chavda and managed by Dr.Subhash P. Chavda Ahir Kelvani Mandal which is a registered trust. The initial name of Dr.Subhash P.Chavda Ahir Kelvani Mandal's Group of Institutions was compacted as "Dr. Subhash Technical Campus" from 2012-2013. This is the flagship institution among the group, offering technical education through Faculties of Engineering, Pharmacy, MCA and Faculty of Diploma Studies in engineering, Electrical engineering branch was added during 2011-12. The MBA faculty which existed from the beginning was discontinued from 2012-13 to make way for addition of Faculty of Diploma in Engineering. Civil engineering faculty is to be introduced from 2013-14 at the Degree levels and Computer science and engineering at the Diploma levels. Shri Pethaljibhai offered the best site out of his land holdings for this campus which is within Junagadh Municipal Corporation limits and has the advantage of proximity to railway station, intercity bus stand and Somnath highway. Somnath - Rajkot railway line and a river flowing from Girnar Mountains through Damodarkund (associated with Saint Narsinh Mehta) by the campus and the panoramic view of Girnar Mountains forming the backdrop of the campus provide a serene and inspiring environment for the students.

Our mission is to develop Dr. Subhash Technical Campus by the year 2015 as a sustainable educational hub strongly networked with Gujarat Technological University, regional industries, government departments, parents of students, leading citizens and alumni to become one of top five professional institutions in Saurashtra that impart enterprise worthy or employment worthy professional knowledge and skills to every aspiring and deserving youth from Coastal Saurashtra region.
