The Dyal Singh trust started its first school and later as it progressed branched off to have other schools too. From the time of inception to the present day Dyal Singh Public School, Sec-7 has progressed immensely.

The School is situated over a sprawling acre of 5.6 acres of land. The building is divided into 2parts -the junior block and the senior block adjoined by the administrative block. The school houses classes from Nsy grade to 12th grade. The preparatory classes are beautifully decorated with animated characters and fairy tales to suit the imaginations of the tiny tots.

Smart class has been introduced from grade 1st to teach the students in a techno savvy setup. They are exposed to the modern ways of teaching - learning method. The audio-visual media equips a child with better understanding and retention abilities.
The school has a well equipped infrastructure with spacious labs (Phy, Chem and Bio); Maths lab and English lab as well as a library which is well stocked with books for students as well as teachers. The school has 2 computer labs,1 for the juniors and 1 for the seniors.

Mouth watering snacks are available in the school cafeteria which the students can avail during recess time.

Taking into account the increasing problems of students be it related to education or personal a counsellor has been appointed to provide psychological help wherever necessary.
