 Make education a fundamental instrument of human development, prosperity, equity of opportunity and social mobility, through which sustainable development, production, economic and social terms, in the Republic of Panama will be promoted.

LEGACY: 

 A relevant education system that meets the requirements of the medium with its curricular structure, physical and technological infrastructure; has forged lasting partnerships with civil society and the productive sector; which has established an internal, effective and transparent organization; and has managed to institutionalize the changes at the level of state policy, ensuring its continuity and development.
