About Institution

The College was established in the year 1993 by MOHIDEEN BATCHA EDUCATIONAL TRUST, founded by Mr.A.P.M. ABDUL AZEEZ(late). The principle of the trust is to promote education among rural people in and around Kadayanallur and to establish various Medical & Paramedical Institutions to meet the urgent needs of our country. Keeping this in mind the trust has established the College of Pharmacy with Degree Course. It is affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai and it is approved by AICTE, PCI, New Delhi. Our college is located at Krishnapuram, Kadayanallur. It is about 18km from Tenkasi and Courtallam, 68km from Tirunelveli and Punalur and 98km from Thiurvananthapuram Airport. It is located on Thirumangalam to Kollam National Highway at 103, Main Road, Kadayanallur.

The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Degree course is recognised by the Government of Tamilnadu in GO.MS.No.95, Health and Family Welfare(ME-II) Department, dated 29-01-1993 and affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical Univeristy vide proceedings No.12518/affln(2)/93, dated 02-03-1993 and approved by the Pharmacy Council of Inida .No32/144/2001(Pt.I)/PCI/1914/16, dated 23-05-2003 and All India Council for Technical Education No:F.N:06/05/TN/PHAR/2002/008 dated 10-06-2002.
