Fusco’s Matriculation School at Vadipatti is governed by the Sisters of St.John the Baptist, Members of the Religious Congregation internationally renowned for their service in the field of education and human promotion of Children and Youth. It was started as a Nursery school in the year 1988 with 30 children and a teacher. It was the vision of our founder Bl.Alfonso Maria Fusco and the dream of our sisters to establish an Educational institution at Vadipatti to transform the people by giving education with quality. By reading the science of the times and the need of the locality the school was upgraded into Matriculation School in 1998. The dream project for this locality is slowly coming through by giving good infrastructure, academic with extra-curricular activities and transport facilities.
The teaching staff of our school are empowered and capacitated with different seminars periodically. Our parents are also trained to take care of the children in different level of development. Our children are excelling in academic as well as in co-curricular activities like dance, karate, yoga and drawing. Children are given social awareness through various activities like seminar and rally. The great milestone of our school is celebrating the Silver Jubilee last year. Starting Alumni, Fusco’s Friends, Junior Red Cross Society are added joy to our institution. Our children come from 50 surrounding villages. The first batch for SSLC appeared in the year 2003 and we take pride in declaring that 12 batches have passed with centum results. Our institution is inspected by Inspector of Matriculation schools and the authorities from our congregation periodically.
The Baptistine Vision of Education is to form well-integrated persons who will transform today’s society through being more humane and just.
