The HSNC Board established Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani Law College (GJALC) in the year 1977. The college is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognised by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi (vide registration No.BCI/LE/GJAL/MBI/MU/04/) for teaching of the course three year Degree in Law (LL.B.).

The college is named after one of the leading advocates of Sind, Late Shri. Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani, who was a scholar and writer of book titled as Arbitration and Specific Relief Act. He was also connected with many Educational Institution in Sind as well in Mumbai.

GJALC is imparting legal education since 35 years and the college has established itself as one of the leading institutes imparting legal education in Mumbai. It also takes interest in establishing life-long learning for lawyers through its refresher courses and continuous teaching program by autonomous courses on relevant aspect of the modern society. This provides the GJALC a unique opportunity to reach to the professional lawyers and establish active links with the professional world. We are proud to say that the college has established its reputation for high standard of teaching in law.
