About Institution

Mumbra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Mumbra (Thane) an educational institution was established in the year 1978 & was registered under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 & Societies Registration Act, 1960.The Trust runs 16 Schools (Primary and Secondary), 4 Junior Colleges, 3 Degree Colleges and one Technical College. The three Degree Colleges are located at Mumbra, Dombivli and Titwala. One more Degree College is coming up at Badlapur

In Today's World there are four basic needs of man food, Clothing, Shelter & Education therefore educational visionary Adv. G.R Patil established Educational Trust called 'Mumbra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal' Mumbra in 1978 which runs G.R Patil Schools & Colleges (16 Primary & Secondar Schools, 04 Junior Colleges, 02 Degree Colleges & 01 Technical Institute) at Mumbra, Dombivli, Badlapur, Titwala & Amberhath to cater to educational needs of society from K.G to P.G. G.R Patil Junior Colleges at Mumbra, Dombivali, Badlapur & Titwala has various professional & Vocational courses like Information Technology. Computer Science & Electronics Which provides employment to even XIIth passed students. GR Patil College affiliated to University of Mumbai provides various professional & Teehnical Courses as follows.

Mission

Today "Mumbra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal " runs 8 primary schools, 7 secondary schools, 4 junior colleges, 2 Degree colleges and one technical institute which educate approximately 10000 students with help of 300 teachers and 75 non - teaching staff. Honesty and discipline are the two pillars of our success. We never compromised with our values and principles. The institution is involved in many projects under our guidance so as to prove helpful to the society.
