About Institution

Yogdeep Singh Gurung has spent the last 20 years working as a Tea Planter in Darjeeling, India, which produces the world’s finest “Darjeeling Orthodox Teas” famous internationally.
He is presently employed at Dooteriah T.E. as the Deputy General Manager of the DTKV Group of Tea Gardens which also owns Kalej Valley T.E. and PeshokT.E. His father, uncle and grandfather have served in the Royal British Army and who have together witnessed both the World Wars in Europe and in Burma.
Sreejana Gurung his wife, is an educationist who has taught at the Loreto College Darjeeling as a senior Lecturer in History and was also the Head of Department of History at the St. Joseph’s School Matigara. She is the Principal of Glenmore International School.

Vision

Glenmore’s vision is to encourage the concept of Heal. This vision also manifests in the realization that children are our future and that we should try and provide free education to the poor and needy children from all walks of life, religion, caste and community.
