About Institution

The Government of Karnataka under the Directorate of Technical Education has established 10 Engineering colleges during the year 2007-08 with an objective to nurture the young talent of economically weaker sections from rural Karnataka, GEC Ramanagara is one such college established.This institution is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. GEC Ramanagara imparts quality technical education, focuses on providing balanced education and overall development of the students embedded with human values,State-of-the-art facilities are coming up in the College and the facilities are upgraded regularly with the funds received from State Government, local M. P grant and Research establishments.
