About Institution

Government Girls Polytechnic College (GGP), Allahabad is a premier Polytechnic institution in Uttar Pradesh. The college offers Diploma courses in Interior Designing, Textile Technology and post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.

Vision

Our country shall be requiring huge number of technician’s engineers by 2022. Globalization of the markets and world wide competition is posing challenges before manufacturing and service industry. Well trained, well groomed technician engineers are required to face these challenges. Updated knowledge& well grind skills need to be inculcated in technician engineers.
Multifarious efforts have started in this direction, at Government level, technical experts and educator’s level. We the educators and trainers are trying to transfer skills, knowledge and competencies to our students to cope with these requirements.
