Catering to the need of the Northern-Western part of Tamil Nadu the college was established in the year 2008 offering 3 years BL Degree, sources for graduate. Known for its serene atmosphere, Campus culture and Values more students are opting to study law in our college. In fact the students of our college are achieving greater heights not only in academic but also in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

A new aesthetic building for our college is proposed in one of the prime locations of Vellore, i.e., Gandhi Nagar, Katpadi, just a few kilometres from the Railway station and Bus stand. Students hailing from rural areas can also have an access to quality legal education at affordable cost. We strive our level best to achieve greater heights in the years to come and make the Government law College, Vellore as one of the premier Law colleges in Tamil Nadu
