About Institution

This Polytechnic was established by Government of Uttarakhand in December 30, 2005 for three Diploma courses namely Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Presently GPR is running 'Computer Science and Engineering' course only. The classes of 'Information Technology' of Government Girls’ Polytechnic Jakholi (GGPJ) are also running in this Institute.The Institute is situated on Rishikesh-Badrinath National Highway-58, at village Ratura, District Rudraprayag. We have 2.881 hectare land and the process of construction of building is in progress.
