Government Polytechnic College, Ferozepur was established under Border Area Development Project in 1990 at a time when the need of imparting technical education to the youth of this border area was being directly felt. It is located in a pollution free, eco-friendly environment in the vicinity of other educational institutes like R S D College, Dev Samaj College, and District Institute of Education and Training in Ferozepur City. It is committed to achieve academic excellence in providing comprehensive and value based technical education. Institute intends to develop engineers who are not only sensitive to technical issues but also able to apply their analytical, creative and innovative skills and ideas to shoulder leadership, responsibility in business, service and manufacturing organizations.
