M. C. E. Society’s H.G.M. Azam College of Education is proud to be an integral part of this picturesque Educational Complex at Azam Campus. The college of education for English Medium was established in the year 1993 approved by NCTE Bhopal, affiliated to the University of Pune with an intake capacity of 100.
College also started M.Ed. Course which was approved by NCTE Bhopal & Pune University in the year 2007. The intake of M.Ed. course is 35. The eligibility for this course is qualifying B.Ed. Degree from any statutory university with minimum 50% marks. This course is useful for getting job in teacher education institutions.
The college also started B.A.B.Ed. course i.e. 4 years integrated B.Ed. course in 2011 which was approved by NCTE, Bhopal & Pune University. This course is after H.S.C. & student will get 2 degrees from pune university i.e. B.A. & B.Ed.. The qualification is 45% marks at H.S.C. or 12th Std.
College also started M.Phil Course which was approved by NCTE Bhopal & Pune University in the year 2012. The intake of M.Ed. course is 20 , admission for this year is also 20. The eligibility for this course is qualifying M.Ed. Degree from any statutory university with minimum 55% marks. This course is under Research Center.
