About Institution

Holy Cross College of Management and Technology(HCCMAT) is a self financing management college started in june 2003. Through a decision of the government of Kerala in 2002, permission was granted to start the college and in 2004 affiliation from the Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam was accorded. The college is owned and managed by the Holy Cross Educational Trust Kottayam and chairman of the Trust is H.G Thomas Mar Themotheos,Metropolitan. The Holy Cross Educational Trust plays a pivot role in the development of the infrastructure and other allied developments in the campus. Mr. M.K. Scaria,Manager of the college looks after the day to day affairs of the college from the side of the management.In 2003 the college was started with two Bachelors Degree course only BBA and BCA and in the ensuing years other courses were added.

The college has been steadily progressing in all directions like academic, non academic and in the development of facilities in the campus. Many batches of students have passed out from 2006 onwards, adding glory to the institution. As a center of learning the College is playing a leading role in the development of managerial and software skills to an educationally backward region. Students are attracted from all parts of Kerala and outside kerala.
