ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital Haldia is the first self finance & MCI recognized Medical College in West Bengal approved by the State Government and affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. This Medical College and Hospital is situated beside the river Haldi with beautiful ambience to cater the best health services for all segment of social population.The hospital will have 500 beds at first. At present 300 beds are functional with all facilities such as General Ward, Cubicles, Cabin, Deluxe Cabin, ITU, OT, OPD, Special Clinic, Physiotherapy Department, all diagnostic facilities like Pathology, Radiology, Digital X-Ray, USG, Endoscopy, Spiral CT Scan, etc.
