Indo American Institute is situated on the outskirts of Udaipur city on N.H. 8, Village Balicha, Opp. Sneh Resorts, towards Ahmedabad. It is surrounded by Aravali hills on all the sides and presents an exquisite view. Indo American Institute is a unit of Harpavat Charitable Trust and the dream project of our veteran Dr. Ganesh Harpavat. The Institute was started with a vision to prepare teachers who can be torch bearers of positive change in the society.
Indo American Institute got NOC from NCTE via its letter no. F.NRC/F-3/RJ-1054/24282-89 dated 11 AUG 2007. Our allotted code no. by NCTE is APNO3727. Afterwards, it got NOC from State govt. It also obtained the subject approval from the State Government. The State government issues NOC to the colleges every year and assures that these colleges are functioning according to norms. It takes immediate action through DEO if any complaint is received against the college. The first installment to the college is also released by PTET only after the state government approves its release after getting inspection report from DEO of respective districts.
We get ourselves affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. The affiliation is revised on yearly basis by the University. It being the affiliating body conducts inspection on yearly basis and assures the proper functioning of a college. It assures that the staff recruited by a particular college is according to the qualification requirement by UGC. It informs and instructs us about the various developments taking place and various decisions taken in the BOM meeting. It also conducts examinations and allots degrees to the students.
