International Community School was founded in 1974, one of the oldest ICSE syllabus schools in TAMILNADU. 40 years hence, the school has maintained its core values of Integrated Education and the focus is on LEARNING BY DOING, interactive and engaged teaching methods and a keen focus on sound communication in English. ICS also offers a wide variety of extra-curricular activities including Classical Dance, Tae-Kwon-Do (a Korean form of martial art), Warli Painting, Aero-modelling and more. Some of the facilities additionally offered at ICS are a comprehensive Math lab, Fully equipped Science labs, SMARTCLASS and a Communication Club (for proficiency in English, debating, drama and public speaking skill). International Community School teachers are a hand-picked combination of experienced, energetic and expert educators. Apart from their academic credentials and qualifications, each teacher/tutor is trained adequately to cope with everyday challenges in a classroom and outdoors scenario.
