Not Failure, But Low Aim Is Crime
Established on the 18th of January 1881 to help in educating the Jewish students, Jewish Girls` School opened its doors to students of all communities in the 1960s. Presently it caters to around 1200 students and is proud to have a very good faculty.
Our role as educationalist is one of the greatest responsibility towards mankind. As rightly said by George Bernard Shaw, "Life is no brief candle for me. It is a sort of a splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it known as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations." We try to import value- based education, to teach life lessons which will stand our children in good stead through the timeline of their lives. We let children absorb idea that the purpose of life is a life of purpose, and try to instil in them the thought that as long as one has faith in oneself, nothing is impossible to achieve. We strive to give our children quality education and try to empower them to think nationally, to act purposefully and to deal effectively with the environment.
