Jharkhand Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Jhumri Telaiya, Koderma was established in the year of 2003 at the district headquarter of Koderma for imparting high standard of legal education to fulfill the desire of people of entire Hazaribag region. Jharkhand Vidhi Mahavidyalaya is well equipped for the teaching of traditional an modern law courses of LL.B. standard prescribed by the Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag. This Mahavidyalaya is affliated by the Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag. The Bar Council of India, New Delhi has given recognition to this college in the year 2005. Way back in history, the Mahavidyalaya came into existence by the active enthusiasm of the present Secretary Dr. D.N. Mishra, M.Com., M.A.(Eco), LL.M. (Uttkal), Ph.D. His active superintendence, careful planning and matchless enterprise are matters to be remembered forever in Connection with the development of the college. Spontaneous Co-operation come during the establishment by various works of people such as Dr. M.P.
