LD NON BANKING FINANCIAL COMPANY (KINARA CAPITAL - VISAGE HOLDINGS & FINANCE PVT. LTD. WE PROVIDE LOANS TO SMALL MICRO ENTERPRISES. 

PRESENTLY WE ARE OPERATING IN TAMIL NADU, KARNATAKA, ORISSA & MAHARASHTRA IN 12 LOCATIONS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FIELD SALES OFFICER WITH BELOW EXPERIENCE. 

Promotions

• Implement & monitor marketing & promotional programs
  
• Take steps to acquire new clients & minimize drop-outs
  

Client Acquisition

• Screening & orientation etc.
  
• To collect all the loan documentations to satisfy the KYC norms & also legal compliance 
  
• Individual client identification
  
• Ensure the business credibility of the loan applicant through discussions with buyer, customers & vendors
  

Loan Disbursement

• Ensure timely loan disbursement to clients
  
• deliver quality customer service & take corrective measures
  

Repayments & monitoring

• Ensure all payments are made on-time as per the policy
  
• Ensure all monitoring formalities are made on time
  
• Visit current and potential clients to check on the quality of service
  
• Manage over-dues/ default and maintain good portfolio quality
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required, Diploma - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
