Job Description : 

As an integral member of a young start up team in Pune, the academic counselor will be responsible for an exciting and wide range of education marketing and sales, education counseling and administrative tasks. He /She will shadow and be mentored by the founder to support all program activities, while identifying promising business development opportunities for future work.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead student recruitment for paramedical skills development courses starting at the end of August 2015 - Certificate in Radiology Technician (Strategic Partner is Columbia Asia Chain of Hospitals) & Certificate in Geriatric Care (Strategic Partner is the Tata Institute of Social Sciences -TISS)

Handle Lead generation

Student Walk Ins

Cold Calls

Visits to Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, Schools & Colleges in Pune

Maintain MIS Database of potential candidates

Assist with organizing workshops and event planning

Liaise with trainers, students, partner organizations and local communities

Perform any other tasks as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, B.B.A - Management, B.Com - Commerce

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Advertising/Mass Communication, International Business, Marketing

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
