Job Description:

Overall responsible for the Operation, Maintenance & Administration activities at the client site.

To provide strategic direction and leadership to the FM Team and develop the team in the service delivery.

To work with Client Mgmt team closely on their day to day operation and maintenance requirements of the areas under Technical Services Management Contract.

To manage and lead a team to meet the objectives set on day to day basis.

To ensure the process reliability, the quality of maintenance performed and the durability of the industrial assets, as well as of the site infrastructure.

Submission of periodic reports on FM performance to Client and Base Office of Sodexo Technical Services.

Ensures safety and sustainability work practices as well as environmental compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical, Diploma - Any Specialization, Electrical, Mechanical

PG:Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Skill sets required:

Sound knowledge on O&M of HVAC systems and equipment, DG sets, HT/ LT Power systems, Compressors, Water Treatment Plants, in a general engineering industry.

Inventory management of maintenance spares.

Knowledge of TPM / 5S / OSHAS / EMS implementation and maintenance.

Knowledge of legal requirements Environmental and Factory Rules, Electrical rules etc.

Leadership skills and team management-imparting technical training to people.

Salary: 5,00,000 - 9,50,000 P.A
